What do you want this project to do for you? Who do you want to see this material? Where will you use it? How soon do you want it finished? What happens to someone after they take action on your material?
What's your creative process?
First we schedule a discovery call so that we can evaluate the work, and if we’re a good fit together. Then I send over a proposal for a sprint-style process, where all the work gets done by a 3-7 day timeline (depends on the volume of work!) Then I go to work, providing updates and feedback, so that we’re done by the deadline together.
What information do you need from a client before you can start work?
Why you’re in business, why it matters to you, and who your clients are. Then we can talk about how our work together will help you improve sales and leads.
What do you love most about your job?
Helping a client discover the excitement and energy that comes from their own story, and putting it front and center with stunning design. They feel confident and proud of their brand, and love how it sets them apart from the competition – who is often dated, and has poor followup processes to wow their future clients.
What inspired you to start your own business?
I worked for a family business out of high school, and then dropped out of college to continue working with brands in Australia and the USA. I love the freedom of service clients with excellence, and bringing them the freedom to make decisions for their brands that serve them.
Why should a clients choose you?
After experiencing agencies that focused on their bottom line before the needs of the customers, I want to do things my own way. I prefer to delight my customers, work insanely hard for them, and earn their trust through excellent work that they’ll love. I have 25+ years of experience working with 200+ clients, over 3000 jobs, and 5 stars across all of them.
